When shipping to countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties and any export and import fees that may arise.
Delivery
We will send the shipment as soon as all items are available in stock. Items marked as “available for immediate delivery” are usually dispatched within 24 hours. If not all items are in stock, we will wait up to four weeks for the missing items to arrive. After four weeks we will send the deliverable items; Items not included must then be re-ordered.
Transport damage
Please make sure that you receive an undamaged package from the delivery person. If necessary, open it in the presence of the delivery person. Please do not accept a torn or obviously opened shipment, otherwise you will have implicitly confirmed receipt in perfect condition (if in doubt, note the name of the deliverer).
