Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by PayPal or credit card. However, we reserve the right not to make certain payment methods available in individual shops.

Are my credit card details and personal information safe?

We work with the payment service provider Concardis to make your credit card payment possible. This is done through a secure payment module provided by Concardis. Concardis guarantees absolute data security for all data entered.

We do NOT store any of your credit card details on our servers and databases! Theft from us is therefore not possible.

Where can I enter my voucher or discount code?

You can enter your voucher code in the “Redeem voucher” field in the shopping cart.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept MasterCard and VISA credit cards if the credit card payment method is generally available in the respective shop.

When will the amount be deducted from my credit card?

Immediately after you order in our shop, we will reserve the amount on your credit card. This may be shown to you in your online banking as a shortened credit limit. We will then charge the amount to your credit card immediately before shipping the goods. If something is no longer available, we will cancel the reservation on your credit card and refund any money that may have been debited.

Shopping online

I put an item in my shopping cart, but it was no longer available in the checkout or when I completed the order. Why?

Technically, it is not possible to find out the actual quantity of a product still available at any time, as this is only updated after the order has been completed. For example, if 10 people put the same item in their shopping cart in a very short space of time, but the availability is only 5 items, the first 5 customers will still be accepted when completing their order, while the 6th to 10th customers will unfortunately receive a notification when completing their order that the selected item is no longer available and cannot be ordered.

A more complex check of the existing quantities in open shopping carts would be possible, but we do not implement this from a performance perspective so that quick ordering processes can be carried out for you. These are usually rare individual cases.

How do I cancel or change an order that I have already placed?

We can only change or cancel your order if it has not yet been paid for. After immediate payment like. e.g. If you use a credit card or PayPal, your order will be processed immediately and prepared for shipping and can therefore no longer be changed.

How do I place an order?

You place your order in the online shop by placing the relevant items in your shopping cart and then proceeding to checkout. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by fax, email or telephone.

What happens if an item in my order is marked for pre-order or the delivery date is in the future?

Your package will only leave our warehouse when all items are available. This is particularly important to note when purchasing items as pre-order items. Their delivery date is in the future. All other items in your order will not be shipped beforehand! So there is no partial delivery. If you need additional items sooner, you should place 2 separate orders.

Why should I register as a customer and how does it work?

You can easily create your customer account during the ordering process. To do this, select “Create a new customer account” during the ordering process.

You can also create your account by clicking on the “Log in” item at the top right of the page and selecting the “Create new customer account” sub-item.

I forgot my password – what now?

In the store, please click on the "Log in" menu at the top right and select the sub-item "Forgot your password?". Then simply enter your email address and we will send you a new password.

What are you doing to protect data protection?

We guarantee that your data is completely safe with us. All information will not be passed on to third parties in any way without your express consent. In addition, we always keep our systems up to date in terms of security.
