Return policy

 

Return period:

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items.
The 14-day period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) received the last item in your order.

Information required to successfully register your return:

The email address used for the purchase

How does the returns portal work?

Select the product you wish to return

Select exchange (DE & AT only) or refund

What type of refund would you like?

You can choose between:

• Store credit (+10%)
  The credit will be issued immediately after the quality check of the items, which can take 2–5 business days after receipt of the package.
  
  
• Shop Now
  You can use your credit directly in the returns portal for a new purchase.
  
  
• Refund
  The purchase price will be refunded after the quality check of the items, which takes 2–5 business days after we receive the package.
  The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. It may take another 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

 

Important details:

• Original condition:
  
  The product must be returned in its original condition, with all labels and in its original packaging.
  
  
• Reporting existing defects:
  
  If the product is defective when you unpack it, you must report this in the returns portal. Otherwise, we will assume during the quality check that the defect was not caused by us.
  
  
• Damage:
  
  If damage is found during the quality check that is not our responsibility, this may result in a deduction from the refund amount. The deduction will depend on the severity of the defect.

Fees for return forms

The cost of any return labels issued will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Return labels cannot currently be issued for all other countries. The return process remains the same, but the package must be sent to us independently.

If you return the package yourself, you are responsible for its safe delivery. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage during transport. Any claims must be made directly to the carrier.

 

Legal basis:

The entire return process, in particular the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers, is governed by the provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB), which implements the European Consumer Rights Directive.
